Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Clerk for a contract/temporary opportunity in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a reliable logistics or warehouse administrative professional who enjoys staying organized, supporting fulfillment activity, and working closely with warehouse and operations teams.

The Warehouse Fulfillment Clerk will help keep daily warehouse fulfillment processes moving accurately and efficiently through data entry, email coordination, documentation support, and warehouse assistance. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics, wholesale trade, or import-export environment where teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Candidates who are dependable, computer-savvy, organized, and comfortable balancing clerical work with warehouse support will be well positioned for success. The work environment offers hands-on training, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build additional warehouse operations skills, including forklift certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Support warehouse fulfillment operations through accurate clerical, administrative, and documentation tasks.
- Manage data entry, email communication, order updates, and system records with strong attention to accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to help ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
- Assist with pallet verification, labeling, staging support, and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Help maintain organized workflows while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support process improvements and cross-training within warehouse fulfillment operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support warehouse fulfillment documentation, data entry, and administrative coordination.
- Manage a high volume of emails and communicate updates clearly with internal teams.
- Assist with pallet verification, labeling, staging, and light warehouse support.
- Help maintain accurate fulfillment records using warehouse and logistics systems.
- 1 to 2 years of clerical, warehouse administrative, logistics, or related experience preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, data entry, and warehouse management systems.
- CargoWise experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse fulfillment environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails with accuracy and responsiveness.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- English proficiency required.
- Forklift certified or willing to become forklift certified.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
- CargoWise experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in wholesale trade, import-export, freight forwarding, or distribution is preferred.
- Forklift certification is preferred, but training or certification may be provided.
