Coordinator - Store Facilities POST NUMBER: 232901
Our retail client is looking for an Operations Admin/Coordinator. This role will be 5 days/week on-site in Bradenton, FL, report to the Sr. Facilities Manager and serve as the main point of contact for daily store maintenance/work order coordination.
Compensation: $20-25/hourly
On-Site: 5 days/week (Bradenton, FL – 34208)
Duration: 6 month Contract to Hire
Experience Needed:
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Experience coordinating between multiple teams/vendors
· Ideally some work order system experience (NOT needed)
· Customer-service mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound requests and multi-tasking
Day to Day:
• Monitor the FreshService work order system daily and respond to maintenance requests from store managers, group managers, and others
• Evaluate incoming work order requests and distribute them to the appropriate store maintenance vendors or internal teams
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate urgent maintenance dispatch.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work order status, vendor activity, and facilities data.
