Fast Casual Restaurant Manager

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dynamic Fast Casual Restaurant Manager to join our team in Orlando. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a team in a vibrant dining environment, where innovation meets top-quality service in the restaurant industry.
As the Fast Casual Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. By fostering a positive work culture, you will enhance team performance and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant, aligned with our commitment to exceptional service and culinary excellence. We offer a competitive salary range of $57,000 - $62,000 annually, alongside great benefits and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff performance
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control effectively
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a positive and engaging work environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
