Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations

• Manage capital projects including planning, budgeting, and execution

• Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and TQM tools to boost efficiency and quality

• Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective actions

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams

• Create and deliver process documentation and team training

• Support multiple plant sites with up to 60% travel

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

• Provide technical leadership in plastics and injection molding

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 4-7 years in manufacturing or process engineering

• Plastics industry background is required

• Injection molding experience is required

• Capital project management experience is required

• Knowledge of extrusion systems is preferred

• Familiarity with plastic processing equipment is preferred

• Mechanical systems knowledge is preferred

• Experience training operators or technicians is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel up to 60%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,400.00 - $117,450.00 per year
