We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to support development, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise-level applications within a dynamic mission environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that directly support critical operational requirements.
The Senior Software Developer will design, build, and maintain modern web applications using .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, ReactJS, MS SQL Server, and supporting technologies. You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces, efficient backend services, and seamless integrations within an enterprise environment.
This position requires strong full-stack development experience, a commitment to secure coding standards, and the ability to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines in Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire development lifecycle—from architecture and design to deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, MS SQL Server, and ReactJS
• Build modern, responsive front-end experiences using Vite and contemporary JavaScript tooling
• Develop and maintain custom integrations and enhancements within SharePoint
• Architect and optimize SQL database structures, queries, functions, and stored procedures
• Partner with UX/UI designers, product owners, and engineering teammates to deliver high-quality solutions
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Participate in technical planning sessions, code reviews, and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across the stack
• Ensure adherence to best practices related to security, performance, scalability, and maintainability

Required Qualifications:
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering
• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Active CSSLP, GSEC, or CISSP-ISSAP certification
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core
• Experience with ReactJS and modern front-end workflows (including Vite)
• Strong understanding of MS SQL Server and relational database design
• Familiarity with SharePoint development and basic integration capabilities
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipeline management
• Experienced with Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure Cloud services
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of modern authentication protocols, including OAuth and OpenID Connect
