Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support leadership across all phases of construction projects—from pre-construction through close-out.

This role partners closely with executive leadership to improve project execution, implement technology solutions, and drive efficiency in communication, documentation, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate projects and prepare proposals/presentations for clients

• Collaborate with field leadership to resolve design and construction challenges

• Develop and maintain project schedules

• Analyze plans and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and execution

• Identify and resolve design conflicts proactively

• Communicate critical project details to field teams

• Perform quality control inspections using established standards and tools

• Support improvements in project organization, communication, and document management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of construction experience

• Minimum 5+ years in construction

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
