Salary: $26 - $39 USD per hour

**Responsibilities**

* Accurately and efficiently enter client, vendor, and event information into our company databases and management systems.

* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any inconsistencies and checking output to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

* Maintain and update records, including vendor contracts, client details, and event schedules, ensuring all information is current.

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to safeguard data.

* Handle confidential client and company information with strict discretion and integrity.

* Assist the wedding planning team with administrative tasks related to data management and organisation.

* Ensure digital files and records are systematically organised for easy retrieval by team members.

**Qualifications**

* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.

* Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong focus on detail and data integrity.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

* Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems is highly advantageous.

* Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a fast-paced team.

* Previous experience within the events, hospitality, or wedding industry is desirable but not essential.
