- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain SMT equipment (ideally MyData 100/200 series) and related systems
- Provide advanced technical support for production and repair operations
- Set up and perform testing, calibration, and diagnostics on complex equipment using schematics and technical documentation
- Analyze process performance and product quality data to resolve issues and maintain efficiency
- Adjust process parameters to prevent production disruptions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to flag issues and provide detailed reports
- Perform repair and overhaul services on assigned technologies
- Train technicians and support team development
- Follow safety and operational standards while handling materials and equipment
- 2-year technical degree (or equivalent military training)
- This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Solid technical knowledge with the ability to share expertise
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work overtime, and handle hazardous materials if needed
- 6+ years of related experience
- Experience with PC-based tools and digital documentation
- Background in team-based environments
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles
