Front Desk / Receptionist
The Front Desk / Receptionist is the first point of contact for Royal Star Realty Inc. This role is responsible for greeting clients, managing calls, supporting agents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
Assist agents and staff with administrative tasks
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support onboarding paperwork for new agents (as needed)
Handle basic data entry and CRM updates
Ensure confidentiality of client and company information
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Real estate office experience a plus (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
