Chief Operating Officer

- Enforce discipline. Lead EOS cadences (Level 10s, Rocks, scorecards) and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
- Direct and delegate. Drive big-picture priorities while ensuring details are handled by managers and team leaders.
- Maintain momentum. Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines without losing focus or progress.
- Lead persuasively. Use dynamic communication to win buy-in, resolve conflicts, and push initiatives forward.
- Hold the line. Keep leaders accountable for KPIs, client satisfaction, and workflow discipline—no drift, no surprises.
- Protect the enterprise. Safeguard firm operations by enforcing compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Advance technology. Champion adoption and optimization of legal tech platforms to strengthen efficiency and consistency.
- Engineer scalability. Continuously refine workflows, resource allocation, and process automation to expand capacity.
- Plan for resilience. Develop and maintain contingency and continuity plans that keep the firm moving forward under any circumstances.

- Balance analytical problem-solving with strong communication and people skills.
- Prefer to focus on big-picture outcomes but ensure details don’t fall through the cracks.

- 10+ years of leadership in operations, project management, and professional services.
- Proven ability to design and enforce systems that drive accountability.
- Experience with EOS or other execution frameworks highly preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
- High adaptability under shifting priorities, time pressures, and organizational challenges.
- MBA is a plus but not required.
