Line Cook Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food items according to Mero Diner recipes and standards.
• This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, solid knife skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen.

Line Cook Qualifications:

• Previous line cook experience preferred (diner or fast-paced kitchen ideal)
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
• Weekend and holiday availability

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
