Location: Clearwater, FL (everyday on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, focusing on material flow , receiving , bin location management , and system-driven product movements.
  • Analyze and resolve systemic issues related to inventory accuracy , product traceability , and warehouse/bin location logic .
  • Serve as project engineer for improvements related to inbound receiving and material handling processes.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and operations to optimize how systems pull and stage products for production and shipping.
  • Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and root cause analyses to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement sustainable countermeasures to reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase throughput.
  • Support implementation of Lean tools (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management) and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Partner with operations and engineering to ensure proper alignment between physical process improvements and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Track and report key metrics to measure improvement initiatives and ROI.
  • Provide technical support and leadership on cross-functional engineering projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
