Vaco is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Plantation, FL (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Compensation: $21-$22/hr

Responsibilities

• Work with internal team members to gather and verify client data
• Review and reconcile accounts
• Perform collections review and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
• Complete payment postings accurately and timely
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Provide customer service and support for accounts receivable-related inquiries
