Client Services Manager - West Central (Gainesville - Tampa) Area

NOTICE: SpecialtyRx is seeking an Client Services Manager located in the surrounding areas of West Central (Gainesville - Tampa) Area

The Client Services Manager will be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of West Central (Gainesville - Tampa) Area. Under general supervision of the Director of Client Services, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.

A Client Services Manager must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service performance and consistency with SpecialtyRx's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
• Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
• Ability to relate to client needs.
• Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.
• Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
• Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
• Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Important : Must be local to the surrounding areas of West Central (Gainesville - Tampa) Area
• LPN Florida License preferred.
• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
• Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.
• Driven and motivated problem-solver.
• Ability to work independently and team player.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to drive long distances in the State of Florida.
