Company Description

We are looking for a Membership Coordinator to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.

Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel.

Job Description

Under the general guidance of the Director of Membership, the Membership Coordinator supports the daily operations and administrative functions of the Members’ Club. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for both prospective and current members, while upholding the brand’s standards of refinement, exclusivity, and cultural relevance. The Membership Coordinator assists with member communications, application processing, event support, and database management. As a key point of contact, this individual helps foster meaningful relationships with members and contributes to recruitment and retention efforts. The role also collaborates with internal departments to ensure all membership activities align with the hotel’s overall vision and service standards.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting in the creation of sales collateral, event logistics, and campaign support to attract and engage qualified members.
  • Supporting efforts to analyze market trends, member behavior, and competitor activity to keep membership offerings relevant and compelling.
  • Managing the administrative aspects of the membership application, approval, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and discreet experience.
  • Maintaining accurate membership records, databases, and reports to support data driven decision making.
  • Supporting social media, email, and digital outreach initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team to promote membership offerings.
  • Providing excellent service to current and prospective members, serving as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of member events, and gathering feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure member needs are met in alignment with Delano’s luxury service standards.
  • Assisting in vendor communication and coordination to ensure members have access to premium products and experiences within budget guidelines.
  • We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
  • We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
