- Provide strategic leadership in defining project vision, scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop and oversee high-level project roadmaps, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and timeline management across multiple initiatives.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams, fostering alignment between pharmacy operations, administration, IT, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Establish project governance frameworks, including reporting structures, performance metrics, and progress evaluations for executive leadership.
- Anticipate operational and organizational risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies and ensuring issues are escalated and resolved efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements, integrating best practices into project execution.
- Facilitate executive-level communication, delivering clear, concise updates, documentation, and decision-support materials for leadership.
- Drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen quality, and enhance the patient and provider experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Ability to use project tracking software and digital collaboration tools effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or a regulated environment.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, compliance, and quality standards in healthcare/pharmacy settings.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute under pressure and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
