Senior Commercial Property Accountant
- Manage high volume AP/AR, general ledgers, bank reconciliation, balance sheets, and financial statements.
- Produce high quality monthly reporting.
- Ensure seamless month/quarterly/annual closes for multi-entity accounting operations.
- Oversee and mentor staff members.
- Regular internal audits.
- Implement robust internal controls while providing insightful accounting analyses.
- Utilize Yardi Voyager to maximize efficiency and accuracy in property accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Accounting.
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager with advanced Excel skills.
- Smaller company experience working hands-on while overseeing staff.
