1-1 Teaching Assistant in a Year 6 Class in Walton, L4!

Description

We are currently looking for an experienced 1-1 TA to work in a Primary School in Walton, L4!

We are looking for an experienced 1-1 TA to support a Child in a Year 6 class who has Peg Feeding.

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares for young children and who will support the child's medical needs and provide general support in the classroom!

Location: Walton, L4!
Pay: £12.75 - £14.28 per hour, plus holiday pay.

Start: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the children and class Teacher
• Work with young children who have difficulty with communication and social interaction
• Ensuring children are engaged
• Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
• Helping with behaviour management of children
• Be a key component in a child’s early development

Profile:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Friendly, empathetic and motivating
• Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
• Motivating with ability to engage pupils
• Good ability to manage behaviour
