Senior Technology Support Technician

Kforce has a client in Ocoee, FL that is seeking a Senior Technology Support Technician. Position Summary: The Senior Technology Support Technician provides advanced, hands-on support for enterprise hardware and software systems. This role delivers in-person and remote technical support, ensuring reliable operation of IT resources through installation, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and asset management. The technician is expected to deliver high-quality customer service with clear communication and strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners
• Provide in-person and remote technical support to end users
• Coordinate and support audiovisual setups and video conferencing solutions
• Support and troubleshoot virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo)
• Maintain and monitor systems using enterprise tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, including repair or replacement as needed
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency, processes, and technology usage
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Windows 10/11
• Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and initiatives
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (evenings and weekends)
• Travel to remote locations as required to provide support
• Perform other duties as assigned
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent (additional education or certifications preferred)
• Enterprise IT experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software environments
• Ability to learn new systems and tools in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and adaptability to change
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or as part of a team
• Experience working under pressure with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Availability to work onsite between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
