Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Executive team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, document organization, and occasional travel coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing itineraries
  • Help draft, format, and organize reports, internal documents, and presentations
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Support interdepartmental communication and task follow-up
  • Track deadlines and help ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including front desk coverage
  • Assist with travel research and arrangements as requested

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency with Excel, Adobe and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred

  • Experience supporting executives or senior staff
  • Familiarity with travel booking or itinerary planning
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms or task management tools

Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday
