Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Executive team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, document organization, and occasional travel coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing itineraries
- Help draft, format, and organize reports, internal documents, and presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support interdepartmental communication and task follow-up
- Track deadlines and help ensure projects stay on schedule
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including front desk coverage
- Assist with travel research and arrangements as requested
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency with Excel, Adobe and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Experience supporting executives or senior staff
- Familiarity with travel booking or itinerary planning
- Knowledge of CRM platforms or task management tools
Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday
