Role Summary
This is an evergreen role intended to build a pipeline of qualified Sales Executive candidates for future hiring needs. The Sales Executive will be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team responsible for managing the full sales funnel and cultivating new client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outreach via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations
· Generate leads using social media and online tools
· Manage prospects through the entire sales cycle
· Develop new client partnerships
· Attend industry conferences to build relationships
· Occasional travel to client sites and events
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Skills and Qualifications
· Sales experience in recruitment/staffing preferred
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills
· Consultative sales and negotiation expertise
· Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
· Alignment with Hueman’s mission, vision, and values
