Job Details Job Details: At Jobot Health, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences for the providers and healthcare organizations we serve. The Sales Support Administrator plays a critical role in supporting our recruiting and sales teams by coordinating provider travel, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping ensure assignments run smoothly from start to finish. This role works closely with recruiters, providers, and clients to coordinate travel arrangements, manage logistics, assist with communications, and support day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 3 Things that are Needed for this Job: 1. 2+ years of travel booking experience in the locum tenens staffing industry (experience coordinating travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation)
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when working with providers, recruiters, and clients 3 Things You will be Doing in this Job: 1. Coordinating and managing a high volume of travel bookings for locum assignments
2. Supporting recruiters with administrative tasks such as sending agreements, drafting confirmation letters, and ensuring timecards are submitted and approved

Our team works in lockstep with our credentialing, finance, and accounting teams to ensure every assignment runs smoothly from start to finish. From coordinating logistics and supporting recruiters to helping manage the operational details behind each placement, our operations team helps create a seamless experience for both providers and clients.
