Pride Health is hiring a “Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II- Float” to support our client’s medical facility-based “ Weston FL 33331”. This is a 2-3-months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Position Name: Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II - Float

Location: Weston FL 33331

Pay rate: $20.27 -$22.63/hr

Duration: 3-4 months with possible extension

Shift: M-F 6am to 2:30pm, Rotational Saturdays 6:30am- 11:30am.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II – Float serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Experience:

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
• Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
