Job Description

As a Dealership Valet Supervisor, you will train under experienced leadership to develop the skills necessary to manage a dealership service drive valet team. This role requires hands-on management of daily service drive operations, direct oversight of employees, and a strong willingness to learn.

Hands-On Training & Responsibilities

• Employee management
• Scheduling and oversight of daily team tasks
• Maintaining DealerFLEX standard operating procedures with the client
• Supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License – Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No recent moving violations
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges
• Excellent Communication – Professional interaction with employees and dealership clients
• Bilingual – Can communicate effectivelyl in both English and Spanish

Working Conditions:

• Active role requiring standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions.
