Blockchain Development Manager

We are seeking a Blockchain Manager to lead the development and integration of decentralized technologies within our Digital Assets Technology group. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence in tokenized financial products.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. 

Salary: $135,000 - $183,000 / yr. w2

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of smart contracts and tokenization solutions across multiple blockchain platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of blockchain engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and operations teams.

• Proven experience deploying production-grade smart contracts and tokenization projects.
• Experience with Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain programming languages, and familiarity with development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, and smart contract security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
