COO opportunity with a top Luxury Residential Firm in Palm Beach/Martin County.
This is a top ranked firm in the local market with one of the healthiest pipelines and best reputations around.
They have over $100M in their pipeline locally in Martin County and Palm Beach County. Focus is high-end luxury residential ground-up builds.
Leadership is as good as it gets and they have strong tenure within their team.
Long story short, due to growth they are ready to grow out their team and add on a COO responsible for running the day to day and meeting with PM's, so ownership can free up some bandwidth to focus on further growth.
Ideally looking for a long-term hire with strong luxury residential experience who's based locally and is seeking a well cultured firm.
They offer competitive compensation $200k base range, 401k w/ match, annual bonus, and profit sharing.
