Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary up to $100,000 (based on referral quota)
• Reimbursement of $300–$400 per Medicare admission
• Potential base salary available (to be discussed)
• Expected volume: 20+ Medicare admissions per month for full-time marketers
• 3–4 weeks of paid time off
• 7 paid holidays
• Health insurance stipend covering up to 50% of your premium
• Bonuses structured to individual preferences
• Opportunity for profit sharing/partnership after 6 consistent months of 40 Medicare admissions/month

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
• Drive Medicare admissions by leveraging your existing network
• Ensure all referrals submitted are complete with necessary documentation
• Meet or exceed target of 20 Medicare admissions per month (for full-time)
• Provide timely follow-up and customer service to referral sources
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions of care

Requirements

• Proven experience in home health marketing with established referral sources
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations
• Must be able to deliver results with little to no ramp-up period
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Familiarity with the Jacksonville Beach market strongly preferred
