Property Manager
Seacrest Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-rise residential community. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in high-rise property management, staff supervision, and building systems maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while fostering positive relationships with staff, residents, and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a high-rise residential community, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all aspects of the property
- Supervise onsite staff and vendors, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability to maintain high performance standards
- Manage and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for building systems, including cooling towers and elevators
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and fostering positive resident relations
- Communicate regularly and effectively with the Board of Directors, providing updates and recommendations as needed
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable regulations
- Promote a professional, service-oriented, and integrity-driven environment within the community
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Community Association Management (CAM) experience
- Demonstrated experience managing high-rise residential properties
- Strong knowledge of high-rise building systems, including cooling towers and elevators
- Proven ability to manage and lead staff effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Boards of Directors, vendors, and residents
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
