Property Manager

Seacrest Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-rise residential community. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-rise residential community, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all aspects of the property
• Supervise onsite staff and vendors, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability to maintain high performance standards
• Manage and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for building systems, including cooling towers and elevators
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and fostering positive resident relations
• Communicate regularly and effectively with the Board of Directors, providing updates and recommendations as needed
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable regulations
• Promote a professional, service-oriented, and integrity-driven environment within the community

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Community Association Management (CAM) experience
• Demonstrated experience managing high-rise residential properties
• Strong knowledge of high-rise building systems, including cooling towers and elevators
• Proven ability to manage and lead staff effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Boards of Directors, vendors, and residents
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
