Job Summary

Client is seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) for a travel assignment. The Dietitian will provide clinical nutrition services in a 253-bed acute care facility, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• C onduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and dietary needs.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for various conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition and wellness.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

1. Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
2. Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) preferred.
3. Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or hospital experience.
4. Experience in acute care settings preferred.
5. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

1. P rior travel assignment or multi-facility experience.
2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) syste ms.

Certifications (if any)

1. RD/RDN credential required.
2. CDR certification preferred.

Education: High School

Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
