Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Interim Assisted Living Director (RN) for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the Orlando, Florida market.

This is an immediate interim leadership need supporting the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs within a well-established CCRC environment. The organization is seeking a strong operational and clinical leader with experience navigating Florida regulatory requirements and supporting high-acuity senior living environments.

Position Highlights

• Immediate interim opportunity with potential for long-term consideration

• Oversight of approximately 48 Assisted Living beds and 24–32 Memory Care beds

• CCRC environment with collaboration across care settings

• Strong preference for Florida experience due to state-specific regulations

• RN required

• Assisted Living experience strongly preferred

• Opportunity to stabilize operations and support leadership transition

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and clinical oversight of the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs

• Ensure compliance with all Florida Assisted Living regulations and survey readiness standards

• Support staffing oversight, team leadership, and resident care quality initiatives

• Partner with executive leadership and department heads to maintain operational stability

• Assist with transition planning and leadership continuity during the interim period

• Support resident, family, and staff communication during leadership transition

• Maintain strong documentation, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active RN license required

• Florida healthcare leadership experience required

• Assisted Living leadership experience preferred

• Experience within a CCRC environment highly preferred

• CORE certification preferred for permanent consideration

• Strong understanding of Florida Assisted Living regulations and compliance expectations

• Ability to step into an active leadership transition environment with minimal ramp-up time

Compensation & Structure

• Interim/contract engagement

• Compensation dependent on experience and assignment structure
