Property Manager
Join our team as a part-time Property Manager and play a key role in maintaining the quality and organization of our properties. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong computer and communication skills who enjoys problem-solving and working independently. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, handling tenant communications, and supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
- Process and approve invoices related to property expenses
- Handle and resolve property violations in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office applications
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure efficient property operations
- Identify and address issues proactively to maintain property standards
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-starter with an outgoing and professional demeanor
