Bilingual Operations Coordinator

Jacksonville, FL
A premier manufacturer of high-performance construction materials is seeking a dynamic, computer-fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between our office workflow, business strategy and shop-floor execution. This role requires strong proficiency across specialized software and data-entry platforms—you’ll leverage tech systems daily to drive production reporting, procurement, real-time inventory management, scheduling, and overall workflow tracking. Working directly within our plant office, you’ll orchestrate production schedules and streamline logistics to ensure customer orders hit the mark and team morale remains high. We believe true operational excellence starts from the ground up: your onboarding will include hands-on training across every step of our manufacturing process so you can pair digital precision with real-world floor insight. As an extremely tight-knit, family-first organization with impressively low turnover, we aren't just offering another job—we are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to build a lasting, long-term career with us. Because we invest heavily in our team's growth, we place high value on candidate stability and a proven track record of longevity in past roles. Please note that this role requires working on-site in West Jacksonville, FL
