REGISTERED NURSE - PROGRESSIVE CARE UNIT

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team in Panama City, FL. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our Progressive Care Unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in healthcare

Qualifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida

- Must have a minimum education of an Associate's of Nursing Degree

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

- BLS and ACLS certification

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
