Attorney- General Liability Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 23 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join our Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in our West Palm Beach office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in Florida, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, retail and hospitality, premise liability and/or insurance defense.
