Registered Nurse RN - PCU (IMCU) - Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance

We are seeking Full Time Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital and offering a generous sign-on bonus and additional relocation assistance!!

Position: Registered Nurse RN – PCU (IMCU)

Location:  Panama City, FL

Schedule:  Full-Time | Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Overview:

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.

• Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.

• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.

• Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.

• Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients

Compensation:

Salary Range: Up to $39.60/hr. (based on experience)

Shift diff: Nights - $4/hr.

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent (Within the last year) acute care PCU Experience. **Would Consider RECENT acute care ER RN experience or 3 years of acute Med-Surg experience**
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• Advance Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
