PAY & PERKS
Our Invoicing and Customer Service Rep earns $17.00 - $20.00/hour and is eligible for a performance incentive program . You work a standard 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule with overtime available. We also offer these benefits:

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

- Computer literacy and decent typing skills
- Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

The following would be preferred but aren't required:
- Service industry or customer-facing experience

You're an important part of our office, speaking with customers over the phone and assisting with vital administrative duties to keep our company successful and growing. As our entry-level Invoicing and Customer Service Rep, you answer questions from clients, direct their phone calls to the correct department, and support smooth overall experiences. Attentive to detail, you resolve billing discrepancies, invoice work orders, prepare basic estimates, schedule forklift deliveries, and handle other duties as assigned. You make sure your work meets industry regulations and company standards, making a positive impact every day!
