We are seeking a dedicated BCBA who values high-quality clinical work, family partnership, and ethical decision-making. This role offers flexibility with both hybrid (telehealth + in-person) and fully in-person schedules based on your preference and client needs.
Caseloads are kept low and manageable to ensure meaningful supervision, strong outcomes, and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.)
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
Deliver parent and caregiver training (telehealth & in-person)
Conduct in-person observations, clinic/school visits, and home sessions as needed
Use data-driven decision-making for progress monitoring
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
Collaborate with families, educators, evaluators, and healthcare providers
Model compassionate, trauma-informed, child-centered clinical practice Qualifications
Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Strong communication & collaboration skills
