Collections Specialist (Law Firm)
A growing law firm is seeking a Collections Specialist to support their accounting team and manage outstanding receivables. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive client interactions professionally.
Manage and follow up on outstanding client balances Communicate with clients regarding past-due accounts (phone & email) Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate records of collection activities Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accountsQualifications: 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience (law firm experience a plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Experience with accounting systems and Excel Details: Fast-paced, detail oriented environment Opportunity to grow within the organization If you are interested in this role, please send your resume to brenda.arce@roberthalf
