Position: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish)

Location: West Orlando, FL 32808

Schedule: Day shift (specific schedule to be discussed during the interview)

Start Time: 8:00 AM – Until completion

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

About the Role

We’re seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, proven experience in logistics, and the ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records through tracking, auditing, and reporting

Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and rotation of materials and products

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel

Lead onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed

Operational Excellence

Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce waste

Implement best practices for organization, workflow, and efficiency

Safety & Compliance

Enforce company policies and OSHA safety regulations

Conduct safety training and regular audits to maintain a safe work environment

Cross-Department Collaboration

Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth logistics

Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement

Prepare and present performance reports to management

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Utilize WMS tools to manage order processing, inventory control, and logistics operations

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics leadership

Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations

Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
