SodexoMagic is seeking a skilled and service-driven Cook to support an elevated culinary experience for international travelers. Your Impact:

As a Cook at SodexoMagic, you play a key role in delivering culinary standards and hospitality excellence.

You will:

• Execute menu items that reflect the quality and sophistication of the OneWorld Lounge brand.
• Prepare and serve food in an open kitchen or specialty station environment.
• Ensure dishes meet established standards for taste, freshness, and presentation.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements.
• Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Support daily kitchen operations including prep, organization, and inventory awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items requiring both short and long preparation times.
• Follow standardized recipes, production guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize a variety of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Perform food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, trimming, and portioning.
• Taste and evaluate food quality and support production planning.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations.
• Participate in required safety, sanitation, and allergy training.
• Comply with SodexoMagic safety and risk management policies.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, or injuries promptly.
• Attend required training and operational briefings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of culinary experience preferred.
• Experience in upscale dining, high-volume kitchens, airport lounges, hotels, or premium hospitality environments strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and professional.
