Licensed Registered Nurse – Infusion / Alzheimer’s Care / Autoimmune Disorders

A cutting-edge regenerative and functional medicine practice in the North of West Palm / Palm Beach Gardens area is seeking compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurses with strong infusion experience to join a growing clinical team focused on innovative patient care and longevity medicine.

This is an opportunity to work in a modern private practice environment specializing in infusion therapies, therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE), Alzheimer’s care, autoimmune disorders, and advanced regenerative treatments.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (33418)
• Monday–Friday schedule | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $40–$45/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer infusion therapies and related treatments
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and medical history reviews
• Execute advanced nursing procedures including IV starts, venipuncture, and lab testing
• Support specialized therapies including plasma exchange and photo-biomodulation
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary clinical staff
• Educate and coach patients on treatment plans and wellness protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation within ECW/EHR systems
• Provide attentive care for patients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autoimmune conditions, and chronic illnesses

Ideal Background

• Active RN license
• Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy experience required
• Prior experience within infusion centers, specialty infusion, oncology infusion, TPE, ICU, ER, or critical care highly preferred
• Experience caring for memory care or Alzheimer’s patients is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinical environment
• Strong documentation and EMR/EHR proficiency, preferably ECW
