Video Team Intern

We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

This internship program is designed to prepare students and recent graduates for full-time roles by providing meaningful projects, hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Interns will contribute to real client work while learning from industry professionals in a fast-paced creative environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Team Intern who is passionate about video production, video editing, or both. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience as a videographer and/or editor, supporting creative work across sports and other client projects. A background in sports creative is a plus, but not required.

You’ll work closely with producers, editors, and videographers across the business, contributing to high-quality video content for major clients.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with pre-production tasks including brainstorming, planning, and project ideation
• Support the execution of video projects through filming, editing, or both
• Assist with media organization, editing workflows, and post-production tasks
• Support shoot days as needed, including general production assistance
• Contribute to team meetings and support the overall success of client projects

The Ideal Applicant Will Demonstrate

• Passion for sports and content creation
• Previous experience with videography and/or video editing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
• Openness to feedback, direction, and continuous learning
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• An eye for emerging video and social trends with a passion for storytelling
• Experience with, or eagerness to learn, Adobe Creative Suite
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with solid problem-solving skills

About the Program

Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 10, 2026 (subject to change based on applicant availability and summer academic calendar)
Interview Timeline (Virtual or In-Person): February – April
Paid Opportunity: Hourly rate dependent on experience ($18–$20/hour)
In-Person Work: Kansas City, Miami, or New York City offices, based on applicant location
Preferred Majors: Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/PR, Communications, Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields
