What You'll Do:
🎯 Provide direct patient care with an emphasis on acute conditions
📋 Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
🤝 Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
📝 Document patient progress and maintain accurate health records
👩⚕️ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
🔄 Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery
What We're Looking For:
✅ Active RN license in the state of Florida
✅ Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute care setting
✅ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
✅ Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
