In an industry that has largely moved on from personal service, we have not, and we are looking for someone who shares those values.

Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to serve as a direct liaison between Posi-Tech and our customers. This is a hands-on role that spans both office and warehouse functions and requires someone who can manage a steady workload with accuracy, professionalism, and initiative.

Office Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Enter and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently

Warehouse & Operational Responsibilities
We operate as a team, and everyone here pitches in where needed.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks for customers
• Participate in mandatory annual warehouse inventory counts
• Complete a minimum two-week cross-training period in the warehouse to build product and system knowledge before transitioning to the office role

What We Are Looking For
• Excellent customer service skills and strong computer proficiency
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person and by phone
• Strong conversational etiquette for all customer-facing and internal interactions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work collaboratively with the team
• Self-starter with the ability to identify areas for improvement and act on them
• Organized, with a focus on maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in small parts distribution or supply chain logistics; electrical industry background is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM software
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

Schedule & Benefits
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• 7 days combined vacation and personal time, beginning to accrue after 90 days
• Paid holidays after 90 days
