As a Dental Receptionist with American Pediatric Dental group , you’ll be the first impression for our patients and families. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Dental front desk or medical office experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professional communication (phone, in-person, written).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Comfortable with scheduling, insurance, and patient flow.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Patient check-in/check-out.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Insurance verification and coordination.
- Managing phone calls and patient communication.
- Front desk operations and organization.
- Supporting clinical team workflow.
Schedule:
- Mon and Thur 9:30am-7pm
- Tues-Wed-Fri (8:30am- 5:30pm)
- Sat (8:15am- 2pm) 2 Satrudays a month
