Position Summary: The Brand & Innovation Manager will lead our innovation strategy and new product pipeline to help us create new products, services, and processes that meet the needs of our customers and the market. This role will be responsible on the marketing team for developing and implementing innovation strategies, managing innovation projects, and partnering with cross-functional teams to formulate products that meet the needs of our consumers.

· Prepare 3-year innovation strategy grounded in consumer insights to determine where NIC is headed that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and goals

· Manage innovation projects from ideation to execution, ensuring that they meet the quality, budget, and timeline requirements

· Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as clients, partners, suppliers, and internal departments, to ensure the alignment and integration of the innovation activities

· Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the innovation projects and teams, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management

· Conduct market research and analysis, and keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the industry and the competitive landscape

· Identify and pursue new opportunities for innovation, such as new markets, new products, new services, new processes, or new partnerships

· Generate and protect intellectual property, such as patents, trademarks, or trade secrets, and support the legal and regulatory compliance of the innovation activities

· Partner with R&D to optimize the formulations and processes to achieve the desired performance and quality attributes

· Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, and customers, to ensure the alignment and integration of the innovation and formulation activities

· Partner with R&D and Education to conduct literature and patent searches, and keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the field of innovation and formulation

· Prepare marketing plan to execute on launch date
