What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on painting various interiors and exteriors
- Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure the community is well-maintained
- Handle emergency repairs and maintain maintenance equipment and vehicles
- Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, and repair various machines
- Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies
- Report any signs of potential abuse or neglect immediately
- Attend mandatory in-service training sessions
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with an emphasis in painting (required)
- Trade school degree and/or 2 years of related experience with a CG (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older (required)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with the team
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
