Customer Assistant
WRC. (Remote) Full-Time/Part-Time

We are looking for a Customer Assistant, who will play an essential role in providing top-notch service to our customers. You will assist customers in a variety of ways, from answering questions and providing product information to resolving issues and ensuring that each customer leaves with a positive experience. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will make a significant impact on our success. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product or service information, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a positive and solution-oriented way.
Ensure customers' needs are met by offering tailored solutions and support. Product Knowledge & Guidance:
Gain a thorough understanding of products and services offered by the company.
Offer guidance and recommendations to customers, helping them find the best products to suit their needs.
Keep updated on promotions, sales, and new product releases to inform and engage customers. Customer Issue Resolution:
Handle returns, exchanges, or complaints, ensuring that the process is smooth and positive for the customer.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and company objectives. Qualifications: Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required. Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Ability to handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and professionally.
Basic math skills and attention to detail, especially in managing transactions.
Comfortable with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Personal Attributes:
