About the Role:
The Quality Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate quality documentation, coordinating quality audits, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment. The Quality Administrator acts as a liaison between production teams, quality control, and management to facilitate effective communication and resolution of quality issues. By meticulously managing quality records and data, this role helps to identify trends and areas for improvement, thereby enhancing overall product reliability and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Quality Administrator contributes to the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality products while complying with industry standards and internal policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in quality management, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a quality administration or quality support role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQI, Six Sigma Yellow Belt).
- Experience with manufacturing software systems such as ERP or MES.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful quality reports.
Required:
- Control ISO 9001
- Create Flow Charts
- Take a Written procedure and create it into a flow chart for SOP (Converting procedures)
- Strong word and excel
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Coordinate and support internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Monitor and track quality metrics and non-conformance reports, facilitating timely corrective actions.
- Assist in the implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement projects.
- Communicate effectively with production, quality control, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and distribute quality reports and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of quality records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Administrator utilizes strong organizational and communication skills daily to manage and maintain comprehensive quality documentation and ensure smooth coordination of audits. Analytical skills are essential for interpreting quality data and identifying trends that inform continuous improvement efforts. Proficiency with software tools like Microsoft Excel enables efficient tracking and reporting of quality metrics. Familiarity with quality management systems supports adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance. Additionally, interpersonal skills facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
