- Knows all store devices (checkout, POD, PDA, etc.) and handles applications (ITX Stock, 25s, etc.).
- Ensures the store's image is maintained.
- Knows the location of all products.
- Provides a good customer experience by attending to their needs. Ensures the implementation of the Experience project.
- Ensures proper and quick restocking.
- Supports merchandise reception if necessary.
- Collaborates to achieve the store's sales goals.
- Communicates effectively, openly, and transparently with colleagues and supervisors.
- Helps control shrinkage.
- Complies with occupational risk prevention and health and safety regulations at work.
- 1 year of experience in fashion retail.
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Support the cash desk and delivery teams
- Understand the latest fashion trends
- Replenish the shop floor
- Adhere to all the health & safety and security procedures
- Support other store functions when needed
